MySQL & PostgreSQL

You will have to create a MySQL or PostgreSQL account and database, as it will have a different password then your normal account.

• Host: mysql.ulyssis.org or pgsql.ulyssis.org
• Login: your username
• Database: again your username
• Password: will be sent to you by email

For security reasons, it's not the same password as the one for you shell account.
If you have more advanced requests or you forgot your password, mail the administrators at ulyssis (at) ulyssis (dot) org.

You can only access the database from within the Ulyssis network. This is standard security policy for databases.

The size of your database isn't taken into account while calculating your quota. However, users who use too much space, will be notified by the administrator to reduce their database. Your are not supposed to store binary data (like photos, music and movies) in the database.
